Experiment content:

In order to master the working characteristics of the micro-displacement platform, it is necessary to further analyze and verify its working characteristics through experiments. The high-speed and high-precision laser test method is used to perform static testing on the platform.

experiment procedure:

In order to test the micro-displacement platform, it is first necessary to apply a forward voltage to the piezoelectric stack in the micro-displacement amplifying mechanism through a waveform generator and a power amplifier to make it output the corresponding displacement, and then through a laser tester connected to a computer Measure the displacement of the micro-displacement platform.

The test system consists of:

The signal generator is Tektronix's AFG320, the oscilloscope is Tektronix's TDS1012, the power amplifier is Aigtek's high-voltage power amplifier ATA-4052, the laser tester is Keyence's high-speed and high-precision laser displacement sensor (sensor head LK-H020, the controller is LK -G5001V, the power supply is MS2-H50).

Static displacement characteristic test:

The static displacement output test is used to determine the static variation performance of the platform output displacement with voltage changes. In the test, when the fixed hinge is fixed, a voltage is applied to one of the piezoelectric stacks, and then the corresponding platform displacement is measured with a laser tester. The driving voltage range is 0-200V, and a measurement is made every 40V. In this measurement, the driving voltage loading time is 30s, and the voltage displacement relationship of the platform with the change of the driving voltage is obtained.

In order to grasp the hysteresis characteristics of the platform as the voltage changes, make the following measurement: set the driving voltage range to 0-100V, first

generate voltage gradually from 0V to 100V, and then gradually reduce the voltage to zero. Record a displacement every 5V, repeat the test and perform data summary processing, and get the voltage-displacement curve of the platform.

Repeated accuracy test:

Since the mobile positioning of the micro-displacement platform is generated by the deformation of the piezoelectric stack when the voltage is applied or removed, the characteristics of the piezoelectric stack also affect the operating characteristics of the platform. Through the micro-displacement platform under different input voltages, the displacement of the platform is tested for many times without clearing. The displacement curve of the platform is as follows when the voltage is loaded and removed with 50V and 100V respectively:
