Experiment name: Comprehensive magnetic performance test
Experiment content:
Use the Iwasaki SY-301 test unit as the output terminal. After being amplified by the Aigtek ATA-4014 high-voltage power amplifier, the inductor core is excited, and the SY8232 measures and calculates the comprehensive magnetic properties, such as magnetic loss, saturation magnetic flux density, etc.
Test purpose: to replace the HAS-4014 power supply of NF company for comprehensive magnetic performance test
Test equipment: SY-301 SY8232
High voltage power amplifier model: ATA-4014

Aigtek high-voltage power amplifiers can be used to drive capacitive and inductive loads. Generally, if an AC power supply is used to drive a load containing capacitors or inductive coils, it will cause a reverse current from one side of the load. In this case, it may not be able to drive with a normal power supply. However, if a high-voltage power amplifier is used for driving, the required high voltage and large current can also be achieved. Therefore, it is possible to stably operate (output) even for capacitive and inductive loads such as piezoelectric elements and inductors.
About the introduction of high voltage power amplifier:
ATA-4014 is an ideal single-channel high-voltage power amplifier that can amplify AC and DC signals. The maximum output is 160Vp-p (±80Vp) voltage, 452Wp power, 4Arms current, and frequency (-3dB) DC-1MHz, which can drive high-voltage power loads. The voltage gain is digitally adjustable, and the commonly used settings are saved with one key. It provides you with convenient and simple operation options. It can be used with mainstream signal generators to achieve perfect signal amplification.
