experiment procedure:
Using high-precision voltage source as the adjustable reference source, calibration value setting: 1.000V, equipment acquisition corresponding voltage value 0.956; calibration value setting: 10.000V, equipment acquisition corresponding voltage value 9.950; calibration value setting: 10.000V, equipment acquisition Corresponding voltage value is 99.910; use the least square method to perform linear regression processing on the three sets of data to obtain the fitted straight line: y = 0.999x + 0.042, and import the calibrated parameter compensation equation to the device in a program.

Test Results:
Test and verify the calibrated equipment again, using the voltage source as the adjustable reference source, and set the voltages as: 1.000V, 2.000V, 5.000V, 10.000V, 20.000V, 30.000V, 40.000V, 50.000V, 60.000V , Test the corresponding set voltage, the deviation between the equipment test result and the voltage reference source is better than 1%;
